How to create MultiLanguage .NET Windows Forms in Visual Studio C++ 2008?

I'm more than confused, because I cannot find ANYTHING in the fucking web!

I only want to create a Windows Forms Application that is in Multilanguage.
I'm using Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition.

I want to change the language of the application by a EVENT, like a button click, etc...

I have many of .RESX files "sample.de-AT.resx", "sample.en-US.resx", ...

Compiler output is "<culture><program_name.resource.dll"! >

How to change the fuckin' language by a EVENT, HOW TO?!?!?!?!?!???!
I'm very angry because I found nothing. I'm searching since moths!

I need code examples, because I'm a NOOB!
Only a complete sample project would be help anymore! I'm out of power, by searching for code examples...
