There are several red captions that haven't used typewrite font -- don't know if that's convention and I didn't report them.

Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to change the font for headings using the template provided to authors. I will stay on top of this. Hopefully, when the book is published, we can incorporate the proper font. Thanks!
