Mike,

I just download the "last" LIA 2ยช Edition by link sent to me by Manning support and I note that the mistakes above continue in pdf I received. I looked just for some notifications from that list! Is pdf I received is the last one? If not, could you send me the last one?

Thanks.
Paulo

At "2.3.2 Deleting documents from an index" you wrote deleteAllDocuments(), but the correct is deleteAll(), isn't it?

****Your post:
Thanks, right -- I'll fix!

"As you can see in figure 3.1, QueryParser requires an analyzer"
The figure above is figure 3.6 containing QueryParser, Analyser and Searcher.
[Although I do see a figure 3.1 on page 110. Has something gone wrong with fig numbering?]

***Your post:
Yeah this was messed up -- we've fixed in the production version. Thanks!

Re: Last pdf of LIA
Thanks for re-raising these.

Unfortunately the latest MEAP is rather old at this point -- I've fixed these 2 issues already in the production manuscript that we're working towards -- the final book will have the corrections smilie Thanks!

Re: Last pdf of LIA
No, I *think* Manning has a newer one. The book is scheduled to be published in June, though, so just a little longer and the final (e)book will be available.
