Recently we get our first reviews. They were very substantial. We learned a lot.
One of your concerns was that we are going into too much detail to early. We thought we could gather the details and create additional chapter in the last part of the book. It would look like this (additional chapter bold):

Part 1: Making Continuous Integration Happen
1. Grokking continuous integration?
2. Setting up a source control system
3. Automating the build process
4. Choosing the right CI server
5. Unit testing the continuously integrated code
6. Controlling the continuous integration process
Part 2: Extending Continuous Integration
7. Performing acceptance, integration and system testing
8. Analyzing the code
9. Generating documentation
10. Deployment and delivery
Part 3: Advanced Continuous Integration Concepts
11. Continuous database integration
12. Advanced CI capabilities
13. Scaling continuous integration

What do you think?

Best regards,
Marcin Kawalerowicz
