The following sentence located at section 5.6.1, two lines after Listing 5.1, did not seem right to me [I may very well be mistaken as English is not first language]:

"It shows that conversation can be help with services running remotely."

Here is another one:

In Section 5.6.2, The following does not look like a complete sentence at the end of line 1

"Even from the same client. Each ..."

I think "." should be changed to "," something like:

"Even from the same client, each ..."

Should be changed to :
