I don't understand the question. What do you mean it doesn't align right? How
does it align?

I think both the windows are main type . and their x,y cordinates are
different at design time . So U could make same for both of them at design
time . If also make them same hight & width then U wil find them aligned at
run time . U also make the same thing through coding the x,y cordinates of the
window at run time.
