Re: BDC with Oracle Stored procedure
Hi,

Absolutely. We have written in Chapter 2 how to configure the Application Definition File to connect to Stored Procedures.

I hope this helps

Kind regards

Re: BDC with Oracle Stored procedure
Hi Murali,

I have just re-read your question and for some reason missed the subject line. Yes, Stored Procedures are covered in Chapter 2, however Stored Procedures for Oracle are NOT supported by the Business Data Catalog.

We will have a section just on Oracle in the Appendix which should help you connect with Oracle, but I am afraid Stored Procedures are a no go.

Many thanks

Re: BDC with Oracle Stored procedure
Business Data Catalog high-level architecture says Business Data Catalog is using ADO.NET to connect databases. Why they publish such wrong information.
(calling oracle stored procedure from BDC)
I think webservice is only option to call oracle stored procedure.
Thanks for your replay
