Well, firstly I'm glad you're finding the book useful - at least, I assume that anyone wanting to "upgrade" must actually like the content in the first place smilie

I honestly don't know about the commercial arrangements on this front. I'll mail appropriate people in Manning and get back to you as soon as I can.

I totally understand. Despite all the positive aspects of ebooks, I personally like the feel of paper under my fingers too.

I've mailed the Manning folk, and they're going to discuss the matter between them. At the moment they don't have an "upgrade route" but you never know...
