I notice there's more examples with Google Guice (at least in the first six chapters) than with Spring while Spring is more often used in important enterprise applications because more features are needed to make a real application (like persistence, transaction, ecosystem integration, etc).
How about showing a little more with Spring 2.5 ?

I agree that DI alone doesn't allow writting real enterprise-level application. I suggest that the examples also consider DI implemented in J2EE 5 (like with Glassfish whose AOP features are far more advanced than Google Guice's).
