I'm finding when using JFreeChart bar charts in iText that the default range marker ALPHA is set to some value less than 1. This causes the entire iText page to render with that same ALPHA value, thus changing other non-chart colors on the page.

Is there a way to localize the alpha to just the JFreeChart, so that all other colors on the page aren't affected?

When I draw the chart chart.draw(g2d, r2d), here's what the graphics state stroke opacity looks like in the pdf file:
