I have a simple problem with ajax applications. If a user just click the browser "refresh" (or "reload") button in the middle of using an ajax application, all the information stored in the javascript seems to be wiped out. That seems to be a big problem to me. Am I missing something here?

Re: page "refresh" issue
JavaScript has no session state so when you refresh you are starting over. That is how JavaScript works. You either have to keep state with cookies and reload it from onload OR you need to look into something like Really Simple History.
