Is there an easy way to generate an MFC Extension DLL in VS 2005? In section 7.4.1 of your book under Creating the MFC extension DLL you say to create one. The only way I could find to easily do it was to run Visual Studio 6 and create one with the wizard and then open the project in VS 2005. VS 2005 doesn't appear to have the ability / template to create an MFC Extension DLL directly.

Re: Generating MFC Extension DLL in VS 2005?
In the New Project wizard, select MFC as Project Type, choose MFC DLL, and set DLL Type to MFC extension DLL. To change the DLL type, you need to select Application Settings from the 2nd dialog.
