Hi,
I am trying to acess my reports using the follow url from internet

http://server/reportserver/

however when i navigate to the above URL from internet, i get the Winows Logon prompt. Is there a way i can add these in the url so that the viewer of the report do not have to fillin the details.

Re: Credentials
Which viewer and which RS version are you referring to?

Re: Credentials
RS 2000. Its just the windows authentication popup that is being displayed. I know this can be avoided if i am using the web service, but while rendering with Urls can I avoid this?

Re: Credentials
Windows authentication dialog is probably displayed because the integrated security handshake between the browser and the server where RS is installed fails for some reason. In other words, this is beyond RS. The same thing will probably happen if you have another web application on that server that is configured for Windows Integrated security. Most likely the server is not on the same domain.

See if this article (http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/05/09/SecurityBriefs/default.aspx) will help to troubleshoot the error.
